Terms and Policy
1. Our service is from hotel to hotel and reservation is needed to ride our buses.
By law, we can not accept passengers with no reservation even if they are in a hotel where we do pick up and there are seats available.
2. Cancellations free of charge can be made within 30 days prior to departure; after that term 100% of the rate will be charged.
3. NO SHOW is charged 100% of the rate.
4. The pick up time may vary in a 15-minute interval.
5. At pick up place the driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for a customer as this is a shared service.
If passenger doesn’t show after 10 minutes passed the pick up time it will considered NO SHOW and 100% of the rate will be charged.
6. Each passenger is allowed one carry-on and one item of luggage.
If the passenger travel with an additionalluggage piece it is considered as extra luggage and must be previously reserved. Extra luggage will be charge $10.00 each piece.
7. Carry-on items are passenger’s responsibility during the whole trip and should remain with the passenger at all times during the trip.
8. Interbus will not be held liable for loss or damage to carry-on items not properly supervised by the passenger.
This includes carry-on items incorrectly placed inside the luggage compartment.
9.A $10.00 fee will be charged for each additional luggage.
This items require advanced reservation. We don’t transport surfboards, bicycles, kayaks. All items other than luggage must be notified to Interbus and we do reserve the right of transportation.
10. Interbus can not be held responsible for items lost or left behind in our vehicles.
11. Children under 12 years of age pay 50% of the adult rate.
12. Children between 6 months and 3 years of age must use a baby car seat for during the trip.
These are provided free of charge and must be requested when making the reservation.
13. All transfers include a 15 minutes rest stop.
This stop may be a connection point or may involve a change of vehicle depending on the route.
14. No pets will be allowed on the vans (except for guide dogs accompanied by their owners).
15. Interbus can not be held responsible for schedule changes in ferry services, nor for accidents and/or loss of luggage during the trip on the ferry.
16. Interbus may change or cancel any service without reimbursement for reasons beyond its control, such as: strikes, weather conditions, public demonstrations, natural disasters
